Project Overview
To better meet environmental requirements and respond to the national policy of ultra-low emissions, adhering to the principle of "green mountains and clear waters are mountains of gold and silver," and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Notice issued by the Ecology and Environment Department of Hebei Province, document number Jihuanjing (2022) No. 128, regarding the issuance of the "Guidelines for the Best Environmental Performance in the Steel Industry in Hebei Province," Xinji Auscent Steel Group Co., Ltd. plans to implement desulfurization and dust removal treatment for the flue gas from its rolling mill heating furnaces.
At the same time, in order to address the environmental pollution caused by sodium salt by-products in the desulfurization process using sodium bicarbonate, this project adopts the calcium-based ultrafine powder direct injection process (replacing the previous sodium bicarbonate desulfurization method). This approach aims to completely solve the issue of sodium salt by-products and meet the process route requirements for achieving Grade A environmental protection.
The calcium-based ultrafine powder conveying module utilizes Prime Tech's patented technology (a calcium-based ultrafine powder desulfurization conveying device, Patent No.: ZL202223106724.3), which is more suitable for the inherent characteristics of calcium-based ultrafine powder.
Since its establishment, the company has been rooted in its traditional business of furnace and kiln engineering general contracting, while simultaneously vigorously developing and practicing environmental protection businesses. Its furnace and kiln division, environmental protection division, and smelting division collaborate closely, achieving a beneficial combination of technology and environmental protection.

It is worth mentioning that Prime Tech's production bases in Jiangsu Haian, Anhui Tongling, and Anhui Chizhou are integrated facilities for the research, testing, mass production, and eventual engineering application of environmentally friendly new materials such as calcium-based desulfurizers. The project includes the second rolling mill (workshops 6, 7, 8, 1, 9 East, 9 West), the first rolling mill (workshops 2, 3), and the strip steel workshop with strip steel heating furnaces. In total, there are nine production lines and nine heating furnaces.
