Product Introdaction

Silicon Carbide Brick is a refractory product made primarily from silicon carbide, with a silicon carbide content ranging from 72% to 99%. Typically, black silicon carbide (with a SiC content of 96% or higher) is chosen as the raw material. Binders may be added or not, and the brick is produced through processes such as batching, mixing, molding, and firing.

It possesses excellent properties such as wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, good thermal shock stability, high thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansion coefficient, making it a high-performance refractory material. The main types include oxide-bonded silicon carbide brick, carbon-bonded silicon carbide brick, nitride-bonded silicon carbide brick, self-bonded silicon carbide brick, recrystallized silicon carbide brick, and semi-bonded silicon carbide brick.
