Magnesia-carbon Bricks and Alumina-Magnesia-carbon Bricks for Ladle
GS series magnesia-carbon bricks are made of high purity high density magnesite or giant crystalline magnesite, high purity graphite as raw material with addition of a proper amount of antioxidant and phenolic resin as binders and shaping at high pressure. Characterized by good slag resistance, high strength, good thermal shock resistance and arc impact resistance, the product is suitable for slag line of refining ladle or large ladle. Different brands of magnesia-carbon bricks can be offered according to different smelting conditions and steel grades.
GS series alumina-magnesia-carbon bricks are made of corundum, special grade high alumina bauxite, high purity magnesite and high purity flake graphite as raw materials by using phenolic resin as binders and shaping at high pressure and baking at low temperature. Characterized by good thermal shock resistance and good slag resistance, the product is suitable for walls and bottoms of medium and small-sized ladles.
