RTO Honeycomb Ceramic Heat Storage Media
Made from high-alumina cordierite as the primary raw material, it is shaped into block plates or circular honeycomb ceramic carriers. These are coated with a special catalyst, making the product exhibit exceptional strength, toughness, seismic resistance, and heat resistance. As a result, it effectively eliminates waste gases generated during the production of petroleum and chemical products and filters out liquid residues from the production process, thus improving product quality.
It is widely used in various heating furnaces, hot blast stoves, heat treatment furnaces, cracking furnaces, baking equipment, melting furnaces, and soaking furnaces in industries such as steel machinery, construction materials, chemicals, petrochemicals, coatings, and non-ferrous metal smelting.
