Vertical Hot Air Furnace Burner
Working Principle

Natural gas combustion produces smoke gases at around 1100°C, which mix with cold air drawn into the mixing chamber inside the furnace to form hot smoke gases at 600°C before entering the hot air furnace. The 600°C smoke gases pass through a heat exchange tube assembly made of stainless steel 310S pipes and are discharged through the top chimney. The smoke gases transfer heat to the heat exchange tube assembly, and cold liquefied petroleum gas absorbs heat from the tubes through the inlet of the assembly, heating it to 300~360°C before being discharged through the outlet of the assembly.

In the design, the rational selection of the furnace size will prolong the residence time of the smoke gases in the furnace, ensuring efficient heat transfer to the gas to be heated.

Choosing an appropriate burner structure ensures thorough fuel combustion, resulting in significantly lower NOx emissions in the exhaust compared to similar products.

Burner Type and Quantity This combustion system utilizes a set of burners with a maximum operating power of 2 million kcal and an ignition burner power of 50 kW. The actual operating power is adjustable.

The burner employs high-speed swirl nozzles, with the front section made of SUS310S material. It features a dual flame detection system, with one route using electrode detection and the other using infrared detection, providing reliable monitoring data for stable system operation.

The burner consists of its main body, distribution plate, gas inlet, air inlet, and ignition electrode.
