Product Introduction
Anchoring brick is a new type of industrial furnace brick, especially used for the roof of industrial furnaces. It consists of a column formed by the hanging end and anchoring body and is designed with spaced and distributed grooves on the surface of the anchoring body. Reinforcement bars are placed along the length direction on at least one surface of the anchoring body. After the reinforcement bars are set, the tensile and bending strength of the anchoring body are significantly improved due to the reinforcement and pulling effect of the bars. The stress generated at the grooves is blocked at the location of the bars, preventing it from propagating further, which makes this type of anchoring brick less prone to breakage.
Anchoring bricks come in two types: hanging bricks and perforated bricks. They are machine-pressed and fired at high temperatures, resulting in high strength, good resistance to abrasion, and high peel resistance, making them superior to ordinary sintered bricks. These bricks are used to connect and anchor different layers, especially in the horizontal section of the flue, where the insulating layer often consists of narrow cavities.
Advantage
1. When laying bricks, carefully apply mud on both sides to prevent gas from leaking from the top of the furnace.
2.The hanging part of the anchoring brick should not be damaged (the role of hanging metal parts should be utilized).
3. Ensure the size of the masonry joints, carry out the top masonry, and correctly determine the role of the hanging metal parts.
4. Proper expansion joints should be provided between the furnace body and the anchoring bricks.
5. Generally, use air-hardening mud.
Application
Scope of Application: Industrial furnaces or flue walls are generally composed of an inner lining, an insulating layer, and an outer wall. The inner lining is made of refractory bricks, and the outer wall is made of anchoring bricks.
