General Introductions 

Y2DT series multi-speed three-phase asynchronous motors are the derivatives of Y series three-phase asynchronous motors. While learning from the merits of foreign similar motors, our company independently designed and developed the motors. The motors mainly for drive blowers and pumps,and other properties conform to the specifications of IEC standards.

Structure Declaration  

The products are asynchronous pole-varying speed control motors, which change the number of poles, pairs in stator rotating magnetic field by changing the connection mode of stator windings and thus realize speed control. Speed changing principle of the multi-speed motors: speed control is realized by changing the connection mode of stator windings, namely, changing the number of pole pairs in the motor* s rotating magnetic field. The multi-speed motors (fans) operate at low speed at ordinary times and could turn to high-speed mode sometimes. The switch between the following external control circuits is mainly used to change the connection mode of stator windings. 
  
1. Two shared windings with different numbers of pole-pairs are embedded into the stator slots, and the number of pole-pairs is changed by varying the connection mode of stator windings through the switch between external control circuits; 
2. Two independent windings with different numbers of pole-pairs are embedded into the stator slots;  
3. Two independent windings with different numbers of pole-pairs are embedded into the stator slots, 
The motors can meet both domestic and foreign demands for general use. The frame size range is 80-280. This product series adopts a unified design in China.  
The motors have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low vibration and noise, long lifespan, high reliability, high-temperature resistance, and excellent starting and operating performance. The mounting dimensions and output ratings conform to the specifications of IEC standards.
