Product Introduction
Lightweight castable refractory is formulated with aluminate cement, high-alumina fine material, ceramic granules, and various additives. The product features low density, high compressive strength, resistance to acid and acidic gas corrosion, thermal insulation, low water absorption, and easy construction. It is the ideal product for construction in areas with alkali corrosion under high temperatures. It has good workability, strong bonding, long initial setting time, and construction operability time. It exhibits rapid strength growth, strong impermeability, does not require acidification treatment, and is easy to ensure the dense and full joints of masonry. It significantly improves the air tightness, integrity, and corrosion resistance of the lining walls inside chimneys. It is an ideal bonding material for high chimneys, high-temperature flues, and duct linings. It can also be used in acid-resistant projects in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and non-ferrous metallurgy, including acid-resistant bricks, acid-resistant mortar, and plastering materials developed by our factory for insulation in power plant boiler chimneys and thermal network pipelines. They have characteristics of acid corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, thermal stability, and convenient construction.
