A new metallurgical furnace casting method-integral casting-is employed for the pouring process. This casting method results in a well-structured melting furnace with no brick seams, making it resistant to leakage and cracking, ensuring long-term stable operation of the furnace. Additionally, the advanced control system and precise temperature control system allow the furnace to achieve accurate control of aluminum liquid temperature, enhancing product quality and reliability.
Simple Operation
The furnace employs a mechanical lid-opening and feeding operation method, which facilitates quick material feeding in a short amount of time, improving loading efficiency and making the operation straightforward. Additionally, the control system utilizes intelligent instruments and zero-crossing trigger three-phase power control, with a user-friendly and easily comprehensible interface.
Low Carbon and Environmentally Friendly
The aluminum melting furnaces produced and constructed by our company employ a regenerative-type burner design, which allows for the recovery of waste heat from the flue gas. This results in even furnace temperature distribution, reduces the emission of polluting gases, and has a noticeable energy-saving effect. It also extends the furnace's lifespan, achieving dual objectives of low carbon and environmental friendliness.
Clean and Durable
he slag removal method employs mechanical slag removal, significantly reducing manual labor intensity, making the furnace cleaner. The insulation materials are made of refractory materials developed in-house, providing excellent insulation effects and significantly preventing aluminum permeation. To address the drawbacks of refractory materials cracking, damage, and collapsing in oversized furnace tops and extra-wide furnace mouths, the casting method uses 'compartmental' pouring, with protrusions and recesses between blocks and the rational placement of expansion joints, among other effective construction techniques.
High Thermal Efficiency
The circular aluminum alloy melting furnace can achieve a higher melting rate, reducing the energy consumption of the aluminum melting furnace and increasing thermal efficiency. Additionally, controlling the excess air coefficient of the aluminum melting furnace reduces the heat loss from incomplete combustion of fuel, enabling the aluminum melting furnace to achieve a higher level of thermal efficiency.

Brick and Mixed Lining Construction Process for Aluminum Alloy Melting Furnace
This construction process is a proprietary design for aluminum melting furnaces developed independently by Dongpu Thermal Energy. Below the liquid level, a high-performance non-stick aluminum casting material is used for integral casting. Prolonged use significantly reduces issues such as furnace cracking and aluminum permeation. Above the furnace body, high alumina refractory bricks are used for construction. This approach ensures performance while simultaneously reducing costs, thereby maximizing cost reduction for businesses.
