Single-stage Coal Gasifier
Two-stage Coal Gasifier
Our coal gasifier is characterized by high capacity, complete gasification and better coal adaptability, high gas calorific value, easy operation and strong safety performance. It is widely used in many industries.
For CDIQ single-stage coal gasifier, there are two coal feeding control modes for customer's selection: automatic coal feeding and manual coal feeding structure characteristics.
Single-stage Coal Gasifier
Structural Features
Body structure : wholly water-jacketed structure, self-produced steam with a pressure of 0.08Mpa can be used as gasifying agent.
Coal feeding mechanism: automatic coal feeding device with hydraulic control is adopted and sealing structures of double-bell jar, upper flashboard and lower-bell jar, upper roller, middle flashboard, lower-bell jar and up roller with dual-bell jar are optional. Double-bell jar structure is adopted for manual coal feeding type.Such structures are characterized by easy operation,convenient maintenance and good gas tightness.
Deslagging mechanism: wet slag removal from bothsides is made by ratchet wheel & detent, worm wheel &worm with hydraulic drive.

Two-stage Coal Gasifier
CD3Q Double-stage Coal Gasifier
Two-Stage Gasification Furnace, designed specifically for users who burn bituminous coal, can distill the light tar from the coal through a distillation stage. The gas produced has a higher calorific value compared to the CDIQ series, making it more environmentally friendly and reliable.
Based on the different structures of the distillation stage, our company produces CD3Q two-stage gasification furnaces in two structural forms: fixed-bed gasifier with distillation stage and integrated gasification furnace.
Integrated Gasification Furnace:
Advantages:
The distillation stage has a large cross-sectional area, allowing for a large coal reserve and slow downward movement of the coal layer, resulting in a relatively long distillation time and thorough distillation of the coal. The primary heat transfer method within the distillation stage is convective heat transfer. The structure is simple and easy to maintain. Requires less investment.
Disadvantages:
There is only one distillation chamber, resulting in relatively poorer distillation efficiency. However, the longer residence time of the coal can compensate for this drawback.
Fixed-bed Gasifier with Distillation Stage :
Advantages:
The distillation stage is divided into multiple distillation chambers using partitions, allowing for even distribution of heat from the lower gas to each distillation chamber. The distillation stage employs a combination of convective heat transfer, conductive heat transfer, and radiant heat transfer, resulting in efficient heat transfer and thorough distillation of coal, which is beneficial for coal gasification.
Disadvantages:
The partitions in the distillation stage occupy some space, reducing the coal reserve in the furnace. The structure is relatively complex, making maintenance inconvenient. It requires a higher investment cost.

It is used in one reheating furnace for steel rolling to produce building material screw steel.
