The Calcium-based Desulfurization and Dust Removal Project for the Hot Blast Stove
To better meet environmental requirements and respond to the national ultra-low emission policy, adhering to the principle of "green mountains and clear waters are mountains of gold and silver," and following the environmental protection policies of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu XX Steel Group Co., Ltd. plans to carry out flue gas treatment on its existing No. 8 and No. 9 hot blast stoves to ensure that emissions meet environmental policy requirements and comply with the national policy of "peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality," achieving sustainable development with the ecological environment.
In order to address the environmental pollution caused by the sodium salt by-product of the soda ash desulfurization method, the project adopts the calcium-based ultra-fine powder direct injection technology (replacing the previous soda ash desulfurization method) to thoroughly solve the sodium salt by-product problem and meet the recommended process route requirements for steel enterprises to achieve environmental grade A.The calcium-based desulfurization and dust removal project for the hot blast stove
