01 The body of this valve series adopts a cast and forged structure, featuring an equal double sealing pair with semi-forced bi-directional sealing. The step-by-step operation of the sealing surface movement and the wedge block's wedge-opening and tightening movement ensures zero leakage.
02 The sealing surface has low friction during movement, allowing for easy opening and closing. Additionally, the sealing surface has a self-compensating function for wear.
03 The structure is simple and compact, with easy maintenance and a long service life.
04 The valve bonnet's packing chamber is equipped with a vacuum sealing structure, which provides a self-expanding pressure-tightening function. All connecting surfaces are sealed with high-strength expandable materials, completely isolating the system from the atmosphere and providing excellent system airtightness.
05 This valve series offers two connection types: flange and welding, and two driving methods: manual and electric. The valve is suitable for pipelines with working temperatures of ≤425°C and ≤550°C, and the working media can be water, steam, or air. It is primarily used as an on-off device, especially suitable for vacuum isolation and sealing in steam turbine condensers and vacuum negative pressure systems in thermal power plants.
