The valve adopts a three-offset structure, which means that it adds an angular offset to the conventional metal hard-sealed double-offset butterfly valve. The main function of this angular offset is to ensure that during the opening or closing action of the valve, any point between the sealing ring and the valve seat will quickly disengage or make contact, achieving a truly "frictionless" seal, greatly extending the valve's service life.

The metal hard-sealed butterfly valve utilizes a "radial dynamic balance sealing system" with national patented technology. Through optimized design, the forces on both sides of the inlet and outlet of the butterfly plate are approximately balanced. This enables the valve to achieve reliable bidirectional sealing performance at the inlet and outlet while effectively reducing the valve's opening torque (approximately 2/3 of the conventional design).

The butterfly plate sealing ring is composed of laminated materials such as stainless steel, graphite, carbon fiber, PTFE, where stainless steel is the primary sealing material, and the non-metallic layer provides auxiliary sealing. This dual-sealing structure ensures a more reliable valve seal, with a sealing leakage rating of up to ANSI B16.104 Class VI or ISO 5208 Class A.

The butterfly plate sealing ring is made from laminated materials like graphite, carbon fiber, PTFE, etc., and when compared to the rubber-asbestos sheets used in typical butterfly valves, it is more environmentally friendly, more wear-resistant, more resistant to flushing, faster, and more reliable. It can endure up to 100,000 trouble-free opening and closing cycles.

The centerline of rotation axis/stem and deviatefrom eachother for a certain distance to ensure the integrity of the sealing surface;

Eccentric 2:
The centerline of rotation axis/stem and body deviate from each other for a certain distance to readuce the friction between the sealing components when open and close the valve.

Eccentric 3:
The centerline of valve body and conical seat sealing face deviate from each other for a certain angle to ensure the sealing ring of the disc can be separated or touched with seat rapidly so that friction and squeeze will not exit between the sealing components.
