Desulfurization Agent and Denitrification Agent Production Base
Jiangxi Xuanding Environmental Technology Co Ltd. is a subsidiary company (joint venture) of Prime Group. It is a research and development, production and sales company for new materials for environmental protection, mainly focus on product development and production in the fields of desulfurization agent, ammonia-free denitrification agent, calcium-based ultrafine powder (replacing baking soda), flue gas denitrification catalyst and other fields.
In order to better meet the needs of customers, especially the short-term demand for high-volume desulfurizers and other environmental protection materials, Prime Group has established production and processing bases for environmental protection materials in Jiangxi Fuliang,Jiangsu Hai'an, Anhui Tongling, Anhui Chizhou, and other places, which can achieve an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons;
Relying on Prime Group and its own scientific research team, each material production base provides comprehensive process solutions to end-users for various working conditions. Combined with the process route, we provide users with targeted special materials, in order to achieve user environmental protection standards and achieve the most optimal investment and operating costs.
Based on the above, Prime Group can also provide the following services:

By-products can be further utilized and formed into a closed-loop recycling system.
The by-products, which are calcium-based, primarily consist of Ca(OH)2. With calcium sulfate (gypsum) as the main component of the final by-product, it can be utilized in subsequent processes such as brick making and cement plants. It can also serve as a raw material for wet flue gas desulfurization, forming a "closed-loop recycling of by-products" (as mentioned in note 1).

Closed-loop recycling of by-products refers to the application of calcium-based desulfurization by-products in alkaline liquid preparation, such as wet flue gas desulfurization, to form a self-contained closed-loop recycling system.
Fixed-bed dry desulfurization agent.
Fixed-bed dry desulfurization principle
The fixed-bed dry desulfurization technology operates within the temperature range of ambient to 350°C. In this process, O2 in the flue gas reacts with the oxidizing catalyst component in the desulfurization agent, oxidizing SO2 to SO3. Subsequently, a gas-solid reaction occurs between SO3 and Ca(HO)2 particles in the desulfurization agent, resulting in the formation of CaSO4 and achieving desulfurization.
Main reaction equation:
SO2 + 1/2 O2 → SO3
SO3 + Ca(OH)2 → CaSO4 + H2O
The desulfurization process is implemented in engineering through a quasi-fixed-bed technology (or intermittent moving bed). Alkali (in this case, calcium hydroxide) and catalyst-containing formed particles are loaded into the desulfurization reactor. The flue gas from industrial furnaces enters the desulfurization reactor through the flue. As the flue gas passes through the desulfurization agent, the sulfur dioxide present in the gas is oxidized to sulfur trioxide, which then reacts with the desulfurization agent and solidifies into calcium sulfate (gypsum). This achieves the purification of the flue gas.
The desulfurizing agent is introduced into the desulfurization reactor from the top of the desulfurization tower and moves downward. Once the reaction is complete, the spent desulfurizing agent is periodically discharged from the bottom of the reactor through a discharge valve. The entire process does not use water and does not generate wastewater. It achieves high desulfurization efficiency and can achieve 100% removal of SO2. It can adapt to fluctuations in flue gas temperature and flow rate. The equipment is simple, the process is straightforward, and the operation and maintenance are easy. The equipment has low investment and operating costs and occupies a small footprint. The desulfurized agent obtained after desulfurization consists of formed particles containing calcium sulfate, which has a stable composition and is not easily decomposed. It can be considered as general solid waste and can be recycled as an industrial raw material.
