The 600TPD active lime kiln (parallel flow, double chamber, vertical shaft type) The 600TPD active lime kiln (parallel flow, double chamber, vertical shaft type)
was undertaken by Shanghai Prime on turnkey-key basis for Yangzhou
Hengrun Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., including engineering, procurement,
construction and commissioning.

Its auxiliary systems include material receiving system, material sieving and Its auxiliary systems include material receiving system, material sieving and
storage system, finished product sieving and storage system, air system, gas
system, nitrogen generating system, cooling water circulation system,
hydraulic system, dedusting system and automation system.

The lime kiln uses pulverized coal as fuel with inner chamber diameter of
Φ4300mm, effective height of~20m and installed capacity of ~1680KW.
