Product Introduction

Low-cement castables refer to new castables that contain a small amount of binder. The key is to use ultra-fine particles not exceeding 1um. Its thermal shock resistance, slag resistance and erosion resistance are significantly improved, surpassing similar refractory bricks. Ultra-low cement castables and cement-free castables can be produced by further reducing the binder content. It has the characteristics of low porosity, small pore size, high density, good volume stability, high strength and small amount of water. It overcomes the significant decrease in strength of ordinary castables at 800~1200ºC, and increases with temperature. By increasing the temperature, the thermal shock resistance of the furnace body can be more than doubled.
