Project Overview
To better meet environmental requirements and respond to the national policy of ultra-low emissions, adhering to the principle of "green mountains and clear waters are mountains of gold and silver," and in accordance with the environmental policies of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu XX Steel Group Co., Ltd. plans to implement smoke control measures for its existing No. 8 and No. 9 blast furnace hot blast stoves. This is to ensure that emissions meet environmental policy requirements and align with the national policy of "peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality," thereby achieving sustainable development in harmony with the ecological environment.
To address the environmental pollution caused by sodium salt by-products in the desulfurization process using sodium bicarbonate, this project adopts the calcium-based ultrafine powder direct injection process (replacing the previous sodium bicarbonate desulfurization method) to completely solve the issue of sodium salt by-products. This ensures compliance with the recommended technological route for achieving environmental Grade A certification for steel enterprises.
Since its establishment, the company has been rooted in its traditional business (general contracting for furnace and kiln engineering) while simultaneously vigorously developing and practicing environmental protection businesses. Its furnace and kiln division, environmental protection division, and smelting division cooperate closely, achieving a beneficial combination of technology and environmental protection.
Shanghai Prime's production bases in Jiangsu Haian, Anhui Tongling, and Anhui Chizhou are integrated facilities for the research, testing, mass production, and eventual engineering application of environmentally friendly new materials such as calcium-based desulfurizers. This setup ensures better material performance and quality, while also providing greater convenience for potential maintenance or by-product recycling needs.

The project utilizes Shanghai Xuanding Group's patented and proprietary technology for calcium-based ultrafine powder dedicated powder conveying modules.

Tailored designs are implemented according to the operational conditions and process requirements of each project, achieving integrated powder conveying modules. During factory testing, the powder conveying modules are tested alongside a small-scale hot blast stove test line using calcium-based ultrafine powder (produced in-house), ensuring smooth operation and confirming that the conveying capacity, performance indicators, and other aspects meet the required standards before leaving the factory.
The project adopts precision feeding equipment along with optimized and upgraded automation control logic to achieve accurate feeding and real-time control of sulfide indicators in a chain-like manner. This ensures compliance with standards, economical feeding, and precise control of indicators.
While undertaking the EPC construction of this project, we also take full responsibility for the entire process of supplying calcium-based ultrafine powder, operation and maintenance, as well as by-product recycling, ensuring smooth emission indicators and system operation.
We have implemented our independently developed cascade autonomous circulation and reuse system (first-stage desulfurization by-product), achieving significant material savings to a greater extent.
