Product Introduction
Electric thermal oil heater, also known as heat-conducting oil circulation heater, heats the fluid through forced convection. That is, the pump is used to pump the fluid into the heating chamber at one end of the heater, and after heating, it flows out at the other end of the heater. It is a heating method that circulates forcibly through a pump. The heating tube used inside is a bundled electric heating tube. Compared with traditional heating methods, it is significantly energy-saving, scientifically designed, easy to install and use, and has obvious economic benefits.
Electric heating thermal oil furnace is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving industrial furnace that operates at low pressure (atmospheric pressure or lower pressure (≤0.4MPa)) and can provide high-temperature thermal energy. It is a type of industrial furnace that uses electricity as the heat source and thermal oil as the heat carrier, utilizing a circulating oil pump for forced liquid-phase circulation. After conveying thermal energy to the heated equipment, it returns to the heater for reheating in a continuous loop. This process repeats, achieving the transfer of heat and raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the requirements of the heating process.
