Structure Introduction
The cement rotary kiln is typically a long, inclined cylinder lined with high-temperature resistant refractory materials.
The kiln is divided into the combustion zone, preheating zone, calcination zone, and cooling zone, each with specific functions.
Cement raw materials enter from the kiln tail and go through combustion, preheating, calcination, and cooling in different sections, finally being discharged and ground into cement at the kiln head.

Operating Principle
Cement raw materials enter from the kiln tail and gradually move towards the kiln head.
Inside the cement rotary kiln, the materials undergo combustion and calcination processes, reaching the required chemical reactions in high-temperature conditions to ultimately produce cement clinker.
Fuel and combustion air are injected into the kiln head to form high-temperature flames, providing the necessary heat for cement clinker.
