According to the different combustion forms of the reheating furnace, burners are divided into regenerative burners for regenerative reheating furnaces and conventional/regular burners for conventional/regular reheating furnaces;
--The regenerative burner can be designed according to the billet specification, furnace width and other factors in a targeted combination or cross, multi-stream or single-stream design, combined with multiple design concepts such as composite masonry structure, nozzle angle and staged combustion, which can achieve the purpose of energy-saving and low nitrogen combustion;
--Conventional burners can be designed in various forms such as side flame adjustment, flat flame, high-speed/sub-high speed according to the furnace structure and different fuel media. At the same time, staged combustion and reflux are applied to achieve the purpose of energy-saving and low-nitrogen combustion;
--Various types of burners developed by Shanghai Prime Tech through CFD simulation, targeted research and development, prototype test,and other methods have been successfully applied to many heating furnace projects, with remarkable effects in many aspects such as temperature uniformity and nitrogen oxide emissions;
