Project Introduction

Fujian Dadonghai Industrial Group Co., Ltd.'s ironmaking plant currently operates multiple hot blast stoves. However, the sulfur content in the flue gas does not meet the ultra-low emission standards.

To better comply with environmental protection requirements and align with the national ultra-low emission policy, the company adheres to the philosophy of "Clear waters and green mountains are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver." It plans to construct a desulfurization system to address this issue, demonstrating Dadonghai's commitment to corporate responsibility and social accountability.

This project adopts the calcium-based fixed-bed dry desulfurization process. Once operational, the system's performance will meet the technical agreement and environmental standards.

Notably, in Announcement No. 33 (2023) by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China, the National Encouraged Development Major Environmental Protection Technologies and Equipment Catalog (2023 Edition) explicitly includes fixed-bed dry desulfurization process equipment as a technology encouraged for development by the state.
