Among them, in the aspect of flue gas treatment, for the treatment of sulfides, commonly used methods include wet desulfurization, semi-dry desulfurization, or dry desulfurization. Among them, dry desulfurization using sodium bicarbonate (SDS) is predominant. However, after adopting the dry desulfurization method using sodium bicarbonate, the by-product sodium sulfate will bring secondary environmental pollution, with significant negative impacts on soil, water sources, etc., and due to its inherent characteristics, it is difficult to decompose.


In order to thoroughly address the environmental pollution caused by the sodium salt by-product in the sodium bicarbonate desulfurization method, a new technological form-calcium-based ultrafine powder direct injection technology (replacing sodium bicarbonate desulfurization)-has emerged. This technology can completely solve the problem of sodium salt by-products, meet environmental protection requirements, and achieve sustainable development of the ecological environment.
It is precisely based on this that provinces and municipalities are carrying out large-scale transformation of existing sodium bicarbonate dry desulfurization projects to calcium-based methods. Newly constructed projects all adopt the form of calcium-based ultrafine powder direct injection technology (replacing sodium bicarbonate).

3. Powder Conveying Module
 
3.1 Powder Conveying Module Integration and Factory Acceptance Testing
Tailored design is conducted based on the operational conditions and process requirements of each project to achieve the integration of the powder conveying module.

During factory testing, the powder conveying module is tested in conjunction with the factory's small-scale hot air furnace test line and self-produced calcium-based ultrafine powder to ensure smooth operation and compliance with conveying capacity, specifications, and other requirements before leaving the factory.


3.2 Powder transport module integration and factory acceptance
Targeted design based on the working conditions and process requirements of each project, and ultimately the integration of the powder transport module;

When leaving the factory, the test can be based on the factory's small hot blast furnace test line + calcium-based ultrafine powder (self-produced) + powder transport module to ensure the smoothness of the powder transport module and that all aspects such as powder transport capacity and indicators meet the requirements before leaving the factory;
