Desulfurization Agent and Denitrification Agent Production Base
Jiangxi Xuanding Environmental Technology Co Ltd. is a subsidiary company (joint venture) of Prime Group. It is a research and development, production and sales company for new materials for environmental protection, mainly focus on product development and production in the fields of desulfurization agent, ammonia-free denitrification agent, calcium-based ultrafine powder (replacing baking soda), flue gas denitrification catalyst and other fields.
In order to better meet the needs of customers, especially the short-term demand for high-volume desulfurizers and other environmental protection materials, Prime Group has established production and processing bases for environmental protection materials in Jiangsu Hai'an, Anhui Tongling, Anhui Chizhou, and other places, which can achieve an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons;
Relying on Prime Group and its own scientific research team, each material production base provides comprehensive process solutions to end-users for various working conditions. Combined with the process route, we provide users with targeted special materials, in order to achieve user environmental protection standards and achieve the most optimal investment and operating costs.
Based on the above, We can also provide the following services:
1)Based on the close combination of our own furnace and environmental protection business division, we can provide fixed-bed dry desulfurization and calcium-based dry desulfurization project general contracting services;
2)Relying on the synergistic cooperation of several processing bases under the Group, we can provide desulfurizers, ammonia-free denitrification agent, calcium-based ultrafine powder(replacing baking soda), and flue gas denitrification catalyst material supply service;
3)We provide corresponding technical consultation and transformation services to the client's existing projects so as to help steel companies meet emission standards;
Shanghai Prime, as an engineering and technology company, also has an environmental materials production and processing base, which enables a close integration and complementarity between engineering projects and core materials production.

By-products can be further utilized and formed into a closed-loop recycling system.
The by-products, which are calcium-based, primarily consist of Ca(OH)2. With calcium sulfate (gypsum) as the main component of the final by-product, it can be utilized in subsequent processes such as brick making and cement plants. It can also serve as a raw material for wet flue gas desulfurization, forming a "closed-loop recycling of by-products" (as mentioned in note 1).

Closed-loop recycling of by-products refers to the application of calcium-based desulfurization by-products in alkaline liquid preparation, such as wet flue gas desulfurization, to form a self-contained closed-loop recycling system.
Calcium-based ultrafine powder
Calcium-based ultrafine powder is a high-surface area powder composed of calcium hydroxide. It differs from traditional micron-sized calcium hydroxide and is a nanometer/submicron-sized powder with high surface area and high interfacial reactivity. This product is characterized by its larger specific surface area, well-developed porosity, and smaller particle size.
Compared to regular calcium hydroxide, high-surface area calcium hydroxide has slightly smaller geometric dimensions. The particle morphology transforms from compact clusters into porous and irregular shapes. The interface changes from relatively smooth plates or steps to a rough and irregular interface with scattered protrusions. The fine microstructure of the particles becomes more complex, resulting in increased roughness, and the specific surface area multiplies accordingly.
From another perspective, the surface characteristics of high-surface area calcium hydroxide can be reflected in terms of average particle size being smaller and having a narrower particle size distribution. The majority of particles are smaller than 30 μm, accounting for 99% of the total cumulative volume. Furthermore, more than 70% of the particles have medium to small pore sizes below 20 nm. In contrast, regular calcium hydroxide is primarily composed of larger pores above 40 nm. This difference in pore sizes is the root cause of variations in BET specific surface area, pore volume, and adsorption performance towards acidic gases.
Specifications for calcium-based ultrafine powder:
Purity: 90% .
Particle size (D50, scanning electron microscopy) ≤18 micrometers, corresponding to a mesh size of 800 or above.
Specific surface area (BET): ≥35 m²/g.
Moisture content: ≤2%.
