Product Introduction

Clay bricks are made from 50% soft clay and 50% hard clay raw materials, processed into mud, molded, dried, and fired according to specific particle sizes. The dimensions of ordinary refractory bricks are 23011465 (mm). Clay bricks are classified as weakly acidic refractory products, capable of resisting erosion from acidic slag and acidic gases. They exhibit excellent thermal shock resistance, as well as resistance to rapid heating and cooling. Clay bricks are widely used in large and medium-sized hot blast stoves, electric furnace insulation layers, blast furnace gas risers, and cooling wall linings.
