The thermal oil heater is a novel, energy-efficient, low-pressure (under atmospheric or lower pressure) specialized industrial furnace capable of providing high-temperature thermal energy. It is powered by electricity, with thermal oil serving as the heat carrier, utilizing a forced liquid-phase circulation through a circulating oil pump. The heat energy is then transported to the heat-utilizing equipment and subsequently returned for reheating in a continuous, direct current industrial furnace. This cyclic process achieves the continuous transfer of heat, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the requirements of the heating process.
Structure and Principles of Thermal Oil Heater (with Cooling)
The thermal oil heater system consists of explosion-proof electric heaters, organic heat carrier furnaces, heat exchangers (configurable), control cabinets, thermal oil pumps, expansion tanks, etc., combined into an integrated unit. Users only need to connect the power supply, inlet pipelines for the medium, and some electrical interfaces to operate the system.
The thermal oil heater employs digital temperature controllers for temperature regulation, featuring functions such as over-temperature alarm, low oil level alarm, and overpressure alarm. It serves as an energy-efficient heating device in industries such as chemical, petroleum, machinery, printing and dyeing, food, shipping, textile, film, and others.
